1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across Tamil Nadu using trusted courier and logistics partners. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, including pin code and contact number.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after confirmation. Custom or bulk orders may take longer; we will notify you in such cases.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Other locations: 5–8 business days. Delivery timelines may vary due to location, holidays, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free for most orders above ₹ 300. Orders below the minimum amount may incur a flat shipping fee of ₹60 – 100.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your order using the courier’s tracking portal.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us. Reshipping charges may apply in such cases.

We are not responsible for delays caused by: Weather conditions, Strikes, Public holidays, Incorrect or incomplete address
